Introduction

The topics of happiness, joy and contentment have been in my peripheral for quite some time. I've been reading books and researching the topic for a few years now. Diving into the research and studies that are quoted so frequently sounded like a fun project. Especially as I have been taking a greater interest in scientific accuracy.
